  BW-1000 series gable top carton filling machine is a kind of small type equipment, in low automation degree and small amount of output. They are speciallydesigned by BeiYa company based on Chinese companiescharacteristics andMarkets concrete situation. The equipments are with small footprint, inlow power consumption, and easily operated and maintained; the price of them is comparatively low, which is an ideal equipment for small and medium-sized company, for company with low output who want to produce high grade gable top carton products.
   
   BW-1000-3 milk filling machine is composed by three separatemachines: carton formation machine, capping machine and filling machine.

1. Equip. Process Flow
1) Carton Formation Machine: Purchased Carton → manually Put on the carton → Bottom Heating → Pressure Molding and Seal →Top Open Carton

2) Capping Machine: Top Open Carton → manually Put on the carton → Ultrasonic Welding → Top Open Carton with Cap

3) Filling Machine: Top Open Carton with Cap → manually Put on the carton → Filling → Top Heating → Seal → Print Date → Gable Top Carton Products
 
   The operation of filling machine is automatically controlled bycomputer programme, others are controlled by electric apparatus. Thewhole progress is controlled by PLC, needs 4 persons to operate.

2. Production Varieties
    All kinds of fruit juice beverage, milk and yoghourt beverage, tea beverage, cereal
beverage, fruit vinegar juice, fresh milk, yoghurt such products filling.
