BW-2000B type beverage filling machine is a new kind of filling machine BeiYa produce. Compared with BW-2200 series, its cost is relatively low, its parts are in standard configuration. It adds new choice and setting for customer in choosing and outfitting beverage machines.
1.Process Flow
Purchased Carton → Bottom Preformed → Bottom Molding → Capping → Hot Filling → Top Preformed → Top Molding → Seal → Print date → Gable Top Carton Products → Ladle-to Ladle → Water Spray Cooling → Finished Goods → normal storage
The whole process is automatically controlled by computer program,only need one person to operate.
2.Production Varieties
All kinds of fruit and vegetable juice beverage, milk beverage, tea beverage, cereal beverage, fruit vinegar juice, detergent, sake, etc.
