     This liquid filling machine is BW-2200A type; it's filled under normal temperature; the carton it use to fill is A type carton(3 layerscardboard carton).

1. Working flow:

Purchased Carton→ Bottom Preformed→ Bottom Molding→ Capping→ Filling→ Top Preformed→ Top Molding→Seal→ Print date→ Gable Top Carton Products→cold storage

    The whole process is automatically controlled by computer program,only need one person to operate.

2. Applicable liquid:

    Fresh milk,clabber,thin cream,lactic acid and fruit juice and etc..

1) Packing capacity: 500, 750, 1000ml, which can be filled in the same machine.
2) Production quantity: 2000 Boxes/hour(by 500ml).
