   This liquid filling machine is BW-2200B type. It's hot filling,fully automatic, only needs one person to operate; the gable top cartonit applies is 6 layers with alumnium foil.

1. Process Flow  
   Purchased Carton → Bottom Preformed → Bottom Molding → Capping → Hot Filling → Top Preformed → Top Molding→Seal → Print date → Gable Top Carton Products → Ladle-to Ladle → Water Spray Cooling → Finished Goods → normal storage

   The whole process is automatically controlled by computer program, only need one person to operate.

2. Production Varieties:
  All kinds of fruit and vegetable juice beverage, milk beverage, teabeverage, cereal beverage, fruit vinegar juice, detergent and so on.

3. Technique Parameter:
1) Packing capacity: 500, 750, 1000ml, which can be filled in the same machine.
2) Production quantity: 2200 Boxes/hour(by 500ml).
3) Box material: B type carton with aluminium foil, bottom size 70mm*70mm.
4) Cap: with cap & without cap, two ways to choose.
5) Shelf life: 3-12 months under normal condition.
6) Filling temperature: 80-94^oC.

4. Function & Configuration:
1) The whole process is auto-intellegent, controlled by PLC, only need one person to operate.
2) Via display by touch screen, the operator can directly check and read related material.
3) Automatically record and storage operation state following the machine, these data can be kept in a long time.
4) Automatically inject oil for lubricating.
5) Auto alarm for malfunction, diagnose, direct and deal.
6) The packing capacity can be freely adjusted, which is very convenient.
7) Two forms of package: with lid or without lid.
8) According to customers' need, we can also install remote debug system and solve the problem for the customer in no distance.
