BW-2000A type liquid filling machine is a new kind of filling machine BeiYa produce. Compared with BW-2200 series, its cost is relatively low, its parts are in standard configuration. It adds new choice and setting for customer in choosing and outfitting beverage machines.
1.Process Flow
Purchased Carton → Bottom Preformed → Bottom Molding → Capping → Filling → Top Preformed → Top Molding → Seal → Print date → Gable Top Carton Products → cold storage
The whole process is automatically controlled by computer program,only need one person to operate.
2.Production Varieties
Fresh milk, clabber, thin cream, lactic acid and fresh juice etc.

1) Packing capacity500, 750, 1000ml, which can be filled in the same machine.
