    BW-1000 series gable top carton filling machine is a kind of smalltype equipment, in low automation degree and small amount of output.They are specially designed by BeiYa company based on Chinesecompaniescharacteristics and Markets concrete situation.     BW-1000-2 beverage fillling machine is composed by two separate machines: carton formation machine and filling machine.

1. Equip. Process Flow
1)Carton Formation Machine: Purchased Carton → manually Put on the carton→ Bottom Heating → Pressure Molding and Seal → Top Open Carton

2)Filling Machine: Top Open Carton → manually Put on the carton → Filling→ Top Heating → Seal → Print Date → Gable Top Carton Products

   The operation of filling machine is automatically contralled bycomputer programme, others are controlled by electric apparatus. Thewhole progress is controlled by PLC, needs 3 persons to operate.

2. Production Varieties
   All kinds of fruit juice beverage, milk and yoghourt beverage, teabeverage, cereal beverage, fruit vinegar juice, fresh milk, yoghurtsuch products filling.
