This Juice Filling machine is BW-2200B type.  It's fit for juice, cereal and tea beverage, wine and condiment such liquid's filling and production.

1. Process Flow
PurchasedCarton→ Bottom Preformed→ Bottom Molding→ Capping→ Filling→ TopPreformed→ Top Molding→ Seal→ Print Date→ Finished Goods (Ladle toLadle→ Water Spray Cooling→ Finished Goods)
The whole process is automatically controlled by computer program, only need one person to operate.

Allkinds of fruit and vegetable juice beverage, milk beverage, teabeverage, cereal beverage, fruit vinegar juice, detergent and so on.

3) Automatically record and storage operation state following the machine, these data can be kept in a long time.

5) Auto alarm for malfunction, diagnose, direct and deal.
6) The packing capacity can be freely adjusted, which is very convenient.
7) Two forms of package: with lid or without lid.
